Ye’, it seems to be a ‘hand me down’ from VAG. But Skoda have had the characteristic ‘C’ in the rear lights for some years.
Though the latest Octavia and Rapid Spaceback look very similar to Audis of the couple of years back.

I just wish the Quadrifoglio didn’t have those dumb mustache vents alongside the lower grille. I also hate how Alfa positions their badges; put it completely in the grille or mount it completely above it. It’s not that hard. Other than that I think it’s a beautiful thing.
